# Role Overview
As part of the Document Management team under the direction of the Work Order Library Lead, the Work Order Library Technician assists with work order management, records management and administrative activities for the Vogtle 3&4 project. The work location is Waynesboro, GA.
This project is working an extended work week (EWW), 10 hours/day Monday Friday, with 2 shifts. This schedule is subject to change.
# Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ As part of the work order library team, responsible for collectively assisting with the maintenance, tracking, and management of hard copy work order packages, including the retrieval, check-out, check-in, and manual filing of these packages.
+ Print, assemble, or validate work order packages as required based on work assignment
+ Update hard copy work order packages based on identified impacts. This includes printing, sorting, filing, and validating contents.
+ Repetitive lifting and carrying of hard copy work order packages ranging in size from 1-inch to 4-inch binders, many with multiple volumes.
+ Retrieval/filing of work order packages includes a significant amount of walking, bending, and lifting/reaching upward or overhead.
+ Process construction records using the standard Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) or other tools as required based on work assignment.
+ Communicate effectively and respectfully with other project team members, the client, and field personnel to ensure quality, schedule, and budget are maintained.
+ Prepare routine documents when requested using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other office software as needed to support work activities.
+ Use client and vendor systems to search and retrieve records as needed.
+ Register, control, distribute, transmit, file and archive designated project records using the standard EDMS.
+ Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
+ Support quality assurance audits, internal technical reviews, client reviews, and ISO 9000 audits.
+ Perform quality reviews confirming procedure compliance of properties in the EDMS for project records turnover.
+ Keep abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services that become available.
+ Operate standard office equipment and automation tools.
+ Perform / assist with other general administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
# Basic Qualifications:
+ Must have the right to work and remain in the United States without visa sponsorship.
+ Must be able to pass nuclear security screening requirements and be able to obtain and maintain unescorted access to a nuclear power facility.
+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience.
+ Demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency in data entry and inventory databases. A skills assessment will be administered to test proficiency.
+ Minimum of 6 months of experience, obtained within the past three years, working in a work order library management system.
+ Minimum of 6 months of experience, obtained within the past three years performing records management and document control.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
